Location, facilities, pricing and the amount of privacy can all affect the choice, so one long property page would make comparison harder.
I structured Businesssuites around workspace type and location rather than treating every space as the same product. Private offices, coworking and meeting rooms can each explain their use, facilities and relevant pricing before a visitor moves toward a viewing, booking or enquiry.
